Had an appointment to have my arm X-rayed last week and luckily it looks good. Basically the frozen shoulder I still have just needs more aggressive therapy. Basically my guy Brett will be going harder on the exercises and stretching...yay me!...

Range of motion is still pretty low since I don't wanna strain the shoulder yet. I'll be seeing my primary doctor this week for a checkup and see what kinda physical therapy will be in order. The stitches look good and mending, tho the arm is still a lil...

WELL...here we go! I have to admit I have been suffering a lil from art block this month. Sucks when it hits. It can take many forms...you might get no ideas, or you get lots of ideas then cannot get the idea from your head to the paper. So here I just basically kept getting ideas but not able to fully finish or flesh them out.
