This is why I dropped every tier to $1. I just keep doing random things rather than buckling down and finishing, oh, I don't know, a comic that's been in-progress since before Xmas?
Well, here's a sketch I made this AM based on a half-done Be The Girl I made. I fleshed it out a bit and added the fox husband. Though he was an afterthought, I think he turned out great, actually.
So, I decided to do a test of my setup for an upcoming stream. And someone magically showed up. So, after finishing the drawing I'd planned on doing regardless of the stream, I offered a sketch to this magically appearing person. I figured, I'd do them a sketch and then get to digitally inking the initial drawing.
Then, another viewer appeared.

Having a bad art night so, I thought I'd do a color study of one of the three 8.5x11 pieces I drew over my vacation. I hand-inked this one and plan on rendering it with colored pencils soon. This is a color test.

This new tablet feels WAY different. Hard to get the feel for the pen. I'd go back but, the larger drawing area is WAY too seductive to give up. I'm getting close to feeling comfortable with it.

I know, I know. I've got Christmas Cookie to finish up but, I ended up sketching a little 'palette cleanser' sequence. I just wanted to do a no-obligation piece on my weekend.
Thought about writing a full story for it but, then decided to do old school (for me) and do an intro and outro story with pics in between.
