Previously on the link above, the tutorial used the Weather Underground API with AutoWeb to get the weather forecast data.
Since that's no longer available I had to find an alternative.

The problem is that it has a LOT of spam! It has so much spam that I have decided that I would not automatically approve any post but instead would look through all the posts manually and approve them one by one....

Today I got a request from a Tasker newbie. He wanted to launch the clock app when he connects his phone to power, and close it when he disconnects from power, so I made him a small demo video!

So yesterday I found out that you can use the Run Shell action to automate taps without root within Tasker!
To be clear, this only works while Tasker itself is open, as soon as another app is in the foreground it'll cease to work.

In the next Tasker beta you'll be able to define a Launch Task when exporting a Project to Taskernet.
When the user imports the project, Tasker will offer to run that task so that any setup that's needed for the project to work will be done right away!
