Hello everyone, I just managed to update the files for 23.4 in time. There were minor adjustments. In China for example the tax rate is now correct by default, so I removed this change from my files.
The download link is now updated. It contains all files as always, please delete all previous versions of my files first!

NO CHANGES from Beta to Early-Access. I've just saved the files again so I stil recommend replacing the beta-files with the ones from early-access when starting a new career.

I have created 6 custom "db setups" and 6 "game_setups" for you for default Nations aswell as 4 extended "db setups + "game setups" which are in line with my personal "List of files I recommend". This gives you now over 200 playable Nations!
