Good morning from the sea

Finally great weather conditions on my day off 🙏🤗 I drove to the beach outside the city to avoid the people 🤗🌊 I appreciate “me time” in the sea - no small talk or waiting in line to get to the water from the bridge 😳 Here I can get the best of the best 🧜‍♀️🌊☀️

I’ve been so busy these days since my husband got his surgery- and not able to drive.

There’s so many logistics involved with 3 kids 😳😵‍💫

I’m hanging there and trying to keep up with everything

Today I’m working evening. It means I have a chance to get to the sea in the daylight 🙏🙌🥹

Cold and hot wellness

The ice is melting here. Temperature is going up- I had to get maybe the last dip in the ice tub today. Why not to enjoy a cup of coffee in the ice tub 😜🧊

Waves in the sea were too wild for me. I have chosen my private ice bath to get my cold treat today 🧊🧊🧊🥳

And the hot tub in the greenhouse afterwards 🥳🤩

it feels and looks like Christmas. I drove to the woods to take some pictures before the snow melts down ❄️🧑‍🎄⛄️😃 Enjoy it like I did before it ends- like life 💙🙌

It’s November- one of the darkest months in year 🙏💙 We don’t experience the sunlight every day here in Scandinavia ☁️🌧️😊. I decided to celebrate the sunshine the other day by letting it warm my naked body in the couch ☀️ You should try it sometime 🤗 I just LOVE the sunlight on my naked skin 🥳☀️🙏
