 Kira, Docks protection racketeer of a group know by their hats, and called the "white feathers. "   Done for turtlechans weekly Challenge.  He theme this week was Mafia, so since I seem to be adding all of these gals to the same world I wated to try and interpret it through that same fantasy lens.

Weekly sketch: waitress

This weeks sketch brings us a customer who wants a discount and they prove their new relationship to her manager on the spot.

 Gasp!  an UBER OC!  Have been hanging out a little in Turtlechans BigBadCircus where there is a weekly OC challenge.  Nissa was created for that and was seen negotiating with a lady representative from another country, but she was partially offscreen.  some peeps asked to see her full outfit and as i sketched it out I started liking her more and more in the test sketch...
