Dropbox has not come up with a solution as of yet and have been no help. Still waiting for a response from Patreon support.
In the meantime, go ahead and request access to the video and I will manually approve the requests twice a day over the next week until this issue gets fixed.
I hope it will be resolved some time this week. I am also looking into other video...
