Will have a way to prevent magic users. Who wonder into the woods. From using their magic. How about a vine that has formed into a mouth or some sort of sucking instrument and sticks to her horn. I'm sure, I didn't explain it properly. I'm just thinking of a way to deal with her horn and magic in this situation.
