I love it when I put on a costume I have made and I feel at home in it.
Iβm loving how well this panel skirt flows in the breeze. Normally I work with a smaller panel skirt. Go big or go home! This oneβs better than any panel skirt Iβve ever used, and I have accumulated some beautiful ones!
