From the very start his whole character has been about saving everyone. Expecting him to suddenly turn into some relentless killer for some epic showdown or whatever completely ignores the growth weโve watched all series. This final battle is about Deku trying to reach the broken kid inside Shiggy who was failed by every adult in his life. Thatโs what makes this fight so great, itโs the culmination of everything Deku stands for.

This episode still had great action, but it also gave us amazing dialogue, emotional moments and glimpses of other characters we havenโt seen in a minute. We even got to see the publicโs perspective cheering Deku on. All the people who looked down on him, all the people he inspired. The music, pacing, everything was so well done. Iโm glad the IMDb ratingโs jumped to 9.3 after the first initial day or so. People are finally realizing how undeserved the hate was.

I didn't think Deku would delve into Shigaraki's past. I feel bad for his grandma having to see what happened to her son. In some ways she was doing what was best, but it's also hard on a kid especially when they don't understand. I also would like to know where Aizawa and Mic are. Excited for the next episode.

2025-11-10 06:15:50 +0000 UTCI love how they emphasized deku's love for quirks. He was born with no quirk but studied and analyzed them all his life to receiving multiple. Then using them and combining them in ways nobody would have thought of for the final fight against the biggest threat. He sees the value in each quirk, even ones that don't seem all that.
