‪it’s me again ! 😳 Here is my precious Ada 🍎❤️‍🔥 ! I’m very happy with the improvement of her design !! She kept the same energy and the main elements I wanted for her ( oval face shape, not stereotypical nose etc… ) but also got more strength in my lines ! I got honest with myself, I felt i had to go out of my comfort zone to push my design idea further ! It’s THE BERTOLT’S MOTHER after all !!! Not a random character I mean !!! I wanted to try to create something of less « usual and generical, I mean, going out of my usual way to draw women in general ! Giving her more personality, to dare stronger shapes, more « assertive » and defined, and keeping the humanity and poetry I would like to give her at the same time ! ‬

‪I think I succed with this new design !! I’m so happy because I think I’m finding a good balance between my old cartoon artstyle, and my new more realistic artstyle I built since I draw AOT and Bertolt ! M’y comic is a great opportunity to search a creative and personal artstyle, it’s incredibly fulfilling to me, and I can’t wait to continue this visual development !! ✍️
