Hereโs a sneak-peek of some dress studies I sketched yesterday to practice drawing folds and full-body poses โจ Swipe to see the mood board I made for reference inspiration! ๐ I decided to sketch some dresses because I love how they flow and move, and itโs super great practice for loosening up your line work! Feel free to use my mood board if youโd like to try sketching some too! โบ๏ธ
I screen-recorded the full sketching process so Iโll be posting that very soon as a real-time process video ๐ This way you guys will get to see the drawing process at a slower pace and see how I work with layers, brushes, and build each sketch step by step :) Iโm also thinking of recording the coloring process for these too! Iโm trying to decide if I want to use a monochromatic color palette for a more simplistic aesthetic or if I want to use different colors for each dress ๐ค๐ญ

Thanks for that! Iโve just started doing digital and feel a lot more comfortable being able to do Everything all in one place but Iโm struggling, but maybe itโs just different from traditional and just need to get used to digital.
