I have some exciting news — during my recent trip, I suddenly discovered a small craft syrup company in Kyoto that kindly agreed to help me develop my own craft kvas syrup!
After many rounds of tasting and testing different recipes, we decided that the first batch will be made entirely from Ukrainian ingredients, including real rye malt!

In Kyoto, I also indulged in way too many matcha sweets, and stopped by Arashiyama to visit my favorite characters — Rilakkuma and Miffy! �
( I absolutely bought Miffy breads and Rilakkuma macarons)

After Kyoto I couldn’t resist going to Osaka — my dream was to eat as much takoyaki as humanly possible, and I’m proud to say I did my best!!

I also took a day trip to Nara.

In Nara, the deer were super cute as always. I also went to the famous deer temple and wrote an ema wishing for world peace 🕊�✨
