Melzi loves Ricotta

TL;DR: Melzi is from a peasant family and ricotta has historically been considered a food for the poor/peasants. Even tho he's part of the artisan class now he still loves all the foods he ate growing up, including ricotta.
And another thing Melzi's from a really big family and they all look the same as him except theyre all a lot more physically strong. He's got like 7 other siblings and he's one of the later born siblings and was weaker than the others growing up. That's the reason they sent him off to an art guild, he was clearly not going to be very useful as a farmer.
